Renovation of an educational facility in Minot, North Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As per the Owner this project was posted by mistake. Minot State University (MSU) is requesting qualifications from interested firms for full service architectural design work for a couple of projects on campus. The first project is the renovation of two existing spaces in the Dome, into a training room and women's wresting locker room. The second project is renovating a water-damaged space on the first floor of the Student Center. Additional design disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, will be retained by the architect as deter- mined during initial meetings. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
