Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Midway, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Project Description: The project consists of construction of a new campground with 31 new sites and six existing sites. The work includes: construction of a new campground consisting of two loops - each loop with roadway, multiple RV pads/sites, utilities to each RV site, one restroom/shower building in each loop, pads for up to five park-style RV trailers, entry gates and traffic control devices, fee pay station, and miscellaneous improvements associated with the establishment of the new campground facilities. Construction Cost Estimate: $3,604,276 DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
