The Town of Woodbury is soliciting quotations for the replacement of the front patio at the Woodbury Senior/Community Center. General specifications for the project are attached. The Board of Selectmen may accept the bid which, in its sole discretion, it determines to be in its own best interests, or it may reject any or all bids. The bidding documents in no way establish the rights of any bidder to the award of the contract. Questions may be directed to Loryn Ray, Senior Center Director, or her designee at (203) 263- 2828 during normal business hours. The Town of Woodbury is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. The Town of Woodbury is accepting quotations for the replacement of the front patio located at the Woodbury Senior/Community Center, 265 Main Street South in Woodbury, CT. Specifically, bad concrete to be removed form a portion of the front walkway patio extending from the pillars at the front entrance to the pillars at the portico (approximately 15 yards). Work to be accomplished in the bid: o Work with the Town to take up bad/deteriorated concrete o Take away concrete o Form new curbs o Pour new concrete, 4000 mix, 16 test with Broom Finish o Reset existing lettered brick pavers Add Alternate: o Please provide estimate for stamped concrete or brick pavers with prep work.
