1. Professional preparation of all areas to be painted. 2. Power wash exterior. 3. Preparing, sanding, scraping as needed. 4. Priming and painting of all exterior surfaces, handrails, widows, sills, including re-glazing windows. 5. During construction phase, any identified broken windowpanes will be replaced under a separate estimate at a time and materials rate and to be approved by Facilities Management prior to repair work commencing. 6. Paint colors to be chosen by the Town. Paint and Primer should be Benjamin Moore "AURA" or equivalent. 7. Certificate of Liability Insurance is required prior to commencement of work. 8. Work can commence upon bid approval but no later than 60 days after receiving bid approval and all work should be completed no later than October 10, 2024 weather permitting. 9.
