Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1. Professional preparation of all areas to be painted. 2. Power wash entire roof prior to painting. 3. Preparing, sanding, scraping as needed. 4. Paint entire roof with Uniflex premium aluminum finish coat 20-475 silver. 5. Certificate of Liability Insurance and signed Indemnification Certificate is required prior to commencement of work. 6. Work can commence upon bid approval but no later than 45 days after receiving bid approval and all work should be completed no later than October 29, 2024 weather permitting. 7. All bids will be good for 60 days. All questions regarding the submission should be directed to the First Selectman’s office, 203-263-2141, or email dcarlton@woodburyct.org. Answers to these questions, if warranted, shall be issued on the Town website as indicated below. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
