Renovation of an educational facility in Woodbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of January 9, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Regional School District #14 is seeking bids for installation, wiring, control, ductwork and piping of re-heat coils on one (1) air handler unit at Nonnewaug High School, for the Central Office. Region 14 is soliciting bids for the installation, wiring, control, ductwork, and piping of re-heat coils on five (5) air handler units as shown on the accompanying plans and specifications for DOA/AHU 1-5. The contractor will be responsible to remove existing ductwork, fabricate new transition ductwork to accommodate the re-heat coils. The contractor shall also Install coils, piping, electric and building management controls to allow for a minimum of 70 Degree F air temperature entering the occupied space. Disposal of all removed ductwork and construction waste is the contractor's responsibility. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. Questions can be directed to Mike Molzon (203) 263-4330.
