Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Woodbury is seeking bids for rebuilding the roofline chimney of the Shove Building. The Board of Selectmen may accept the bid, which in its sole discretion, it determines to be in its own best interests, or it may reject any or all bids. The bidding documents in no way establish the rights of any bidder to the award of the contract. Questions regarding this project, please contact Ed McGrath or his designee at the phone number 203-885-3278 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or email emcgrath@woodburyct.org If the contract is more than $25,000, the selected Contractor shall furnish a performance bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price in accordance with, PERFORMANCE BOND. Time of completion shall be within 90 calendar days (weather permitting) from date of award notice. The Town of Woodbury is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
