Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work connected with the following project: "RUNWAY 26 PAPI REPLACEMENT" ATKINS . The proposed project involves the replacement of the Runway 26 4-Box Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) LED-style navigational aid at the Crossville Memorial Airport. The replacement shall include demolition of the existing unit and foundations, and installation of a new foundation and connections to an existing power source. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond on the form contained in the Proposal from a Surety Company acceptable to the Owner or a Cashier's Check or Certified Check made payable to the City of Crossville for not less than 5 percent of the total amount of the bid. A 100% Contract Bond will be required upon successful bid as part of the execution of the project contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informalities and technicalities in the bids received and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner. The information will include (1) the name and address of each DBE, (2) a description of the work to be performed by each named firm; and (3) the dollar value of the work. If the bidder fails to achieve the established DBE goal, it will be required to provide documentation demonstrating that it made good faith efforts in attempting to do so.
