NOTE: Reference documents posted are partial. All bidders must reach out to the engineer in order to be eligible to bid. The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all reconstruction as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but 1s not limited to: A. The excavation, removal and appropriate disposal of all debris, deleterious materials and all other materials to be removed and/or replaced herein under this Contract. All required excavation shall be included and made a part of each Bid Item to be constructed under this Contract. B. The furnishing and installation of 8" diameter Corrugated Perforated Polyethylene Drainage Pipe, complete in place, including connection to the existing sewer system. C. The construction of a Stone Retention Cell, complete in place, including geotextile fabric and including inspection ports. D. The furnishing and installation of PVC Storm Sewer Pipe, complete in place, including all required connections to the existing sewer system and including Bituminous Pavement Restoration. E. The furnishing and installation of 48" diameter Pre-Cast Concrete Manhole, complete in place. F. The construction of Type "M" Storm Inlets, complete in place, including connection to the new Storm Sewer and the removal of existing Storm Inlets to be replaced herein under this Contract. G. Compliance with all state and local public highway occupancy, roadway open ings, pavement restoration, traffic control and any and all other applicable requirements. H. The construction of a future Play Area Site, including Plastic Tie Perimeter Border and placement of Fall Zone Material and Base Material as specified and detailed elsewhere herein. I. The placement of Bituminous Pavement including placement of Superpave 19.0mm Binder Material and Superpave 9.5mm Wearing Material J. The complete cleanup of the entire site of work. K. The completion of all other required site restoration, paving, landscaping and any other such related and required work. L. All such other related and required work as indicated on the Contract Drawings or contained elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
