Renovation of a mixed-use development in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Media Borough is soliciting bids for the maintenance, repair, and remediation of the Armory Building Borough for Phase 2 masonry, re-pointing, select sidewalk work and ramp repairs. Add-alternates include base and top coat of the loading area. The Armory Building is located at 12 East State Street and houses Trader Joes and the PA Veteran's Museum. Coordination with these tenants will be required with this project. This is a prevailing wage project. The contractor shall be in continuous communication with the Borough Staff and Engineer regarding any sudden changes or new requests for maintenance, repair, and remediation during the project length. Requests for clarification are due Friday, March 25, 2022 10:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Location of the Project is Located at 12 East State Street within Media Borough. Work must be completed within 60 days
