Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work will be let under one contract, to the lowest responsible bidder. Not less than the prevailing wage shall be paid for labor on the work to be done as required by law. Prairie State College is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Board of Trustees, Prairie State College (the Owner) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any or all irregularities or technicalities in the bid, and award the bid in the manner that best serves the interests of the Owner.
