Solicitation Number: IFB 222-128 HWY 21 Water Line Extension Project Scope of Project: Includes installation of approximately 9,030 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water line at City of San Marcos Regional Airport property along State Highway 21, from Airport Drive to William Pettus Drive. The majority of the installation is open cut trenching, and 400 linear feet of the installation is by jack and bore. The total estimated construction cost is $2,345,600. Bidders must submit a cashiers check, certified check, or acceptable bidders bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is scheduled for the May 3, 2022, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
