Site work for a water / sewer project in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to the replacement of approximately 3000 LF of wastewater line along Broadway Street from IH35 Northbound Frontage Road to approximately 565 feet east of Parkdale Street and along Parkdale Street from Broadway Street to Del Sol Drive. The estimated construction cost for this project is $1,802,972.70. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Inquiries will be emailed to Rachel Shelton, Construction Contract Specialist at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov and will include a contact name and email address. The Owner will consider all inquiries received at least fifteen (15) calendar days received prior to the bid opening date.
