Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Shemogue, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work covered under this project at Les Aboiteaux Harbour located in Westmorland County, New Brunswick, consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the construction of a Berlin Wall at the corner of Structures 401 and 402. The work consist of, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of rock-socketed H-Piles, precast concrete wall panels, cast-in-place cap beams, steel tie-rods, concrete anchor blocks and concrete slab. The design, supply and installation of a cathodic system for the new H-Piles. The supply and installation of galvanized steel ladders, holdfasts, grab bars and wheel guards. The construction of cast-in-place concrete base for light poles, electrical improvements for the harbour as well as asphalt paving. Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract, including environmental controls and all associated items in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract. Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the Contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.
