Pre-qualification proposal The renovation includes modernization of lab, office, and other core building facilities facility and programmatic needs. Architectural scope will include a portion of the ground floor and third floor labs, offices, and circulation spaces, primarily Polk Hall as well as upgrades to the roof, envelope, and exterior. In the Northwest section of the building. MEP/FP work will span the entirety of the building, focusing on the Northwest section of the building, including work on the roof. Ground and third floor scopes will include labs include upgrades to Biochemistry and Animal Science spaces on both Microbiology the ground and third floor. Animal science labs.
