The N.D. Dept. of Transportation seeks bid prices per ton of Bituminous Material (including Combined Aggregate, Bitumen and Mixing). The North Dakota Department of Transportation is requesting informal bids for furnishing bituminous mix material for maintenance purposes for the period from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. The informal bid responses will be used to create a bid summary.
