Site work for a water / sewer project in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project work includes the trenchless installation of PVC C900 water mains in 2 residential locations in Moline. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Guarantees shall be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals The City of Moline reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its interest, or to advertise for new proposals. The City will award the contract to the responsive and responsible proposer, per the above criteria and City Code.
