Site work for a water / sewer project in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project work includes the installation of a new bypass sanitary sewer south of John Deere Road in Moline. Work is staged and shall be completed over 3 years time. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Project questions shall be directed to Laura Klauer at (309) 524-2368 or lklauer@moline.il.us. All bids shall be accompanied by a guaranty of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals. The City of Moline reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its interest, or to advertise for new proposals. The City will award the contract to the responsive and responsible proposer, per the above criteria and City Code.
