Demolition and site work for a residential development in South Easton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition and legal disposal off-Site of all materials, contents, walls, floors, roofs, foundations, and any other materials located within a 1-story wood-frame slab-on-grade multi-bay garage and an attached 2-story wood-frame house with crawl-space (a total of 6,368 +/- square feet). Lead-based-paint materials disposal will be required. All other identified hazardous materials have previously been disposed of by the Owner in accordance with recommendations of an ASTM Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment. Demolition of the asphalt parking lot on the site is excluded. Proposers must submit separately their price proposal in accordance with the provisions ,and summarized in the "Instructions to Proposers" section set forth herein. Wage rates paid under this contract, as specified by G.L. c. 149, Sec. 44E (4), are subject to the minimum (prevailing) wage rates established under the provisions of G.L. c. 149, Secs. 26 to 27G, inclusive. Questions may be submitted to WBMLP@sorensenpartners.com through Wednesday March 2 at 3:30 pm. Complete instructions for filing Proposals are included in the "Instructions to Proposers." Each Proposal shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. A Performance and Payment Bond shall be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals as deemed in the best interest of the West Boylston Municipal Lighting Plan.
