Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Easton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Southeastern Regional Technical School District is currently seeking to select a company to provide boiler replacement school wide during the FY24 school year. The district communities include the city of Brockton and the towns of East Bridgewater, Easton, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, Sharon, Stoughton and West Bridgewater. Currently the school operates Three (3) 8.1 million BTU 200 Hp Cleaver Brooks oil and gas powered boilers. These boilers feed into a heat exchanger with conjuction of a Co-gen unit. This unit supplies heat and hot water to an indirect 360 galllon hot water system. This system is made of Five (5) zones with VFD driven pumps. The system is monitored by a Tridium back net system overseen by Airmasters of Fall River, Ma. Replace Boilers School Wide.
