Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of May 17, 2024, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence early 2025 with construction following. The West Region Blueway follows two prominent rivers in southwest Ohio – the Whitewater River and the Great Miami River. To enhance the blueway, we’re adding four to five new managed access points to make it easier to put in and take out kayaks, canoes, and other paddlecraft and to reach new stretches of the riverways. Together with other existing put-in and take-out sites, these new launch points will create a series of stops spaced between five and ten miles apart, allowing paddlers to enjoy different trip lengths that can begin and end at a variety of locations.
