As of June 20, 2024 project was awarded to Rack and Ballauer Excavating Company Inc., awarded amount is $4,893,477.80. HILLSIDE ROAD LANDSLIDE STABILIZATION, ALL WORK IS LOCATED IN HAMILTON COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO; CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WILL BE KNOWN AS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 501916. All work is to conform to the latest edition of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction Material Specifications with supplements or changes thereto. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a Bond in the Sum as specified or Certified Check for the amount on a Solvent Bank as a guarantee to insure that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. All Bidders must use the enclosed printed form provided, which is obtainable at The Office of the Hamilton County Engineer, as none other will be accepted. The Bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond in the sum equal to 100% of the contract price, conditioned according to law. This project falls under prevailing wage and all participants must comply with prevailing wage rate on public improvements in Hamilton County, State of Ohio, as approved and determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 41150.05 ORC. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bid. This project is financed with the OPWC Grant and the Permissive Auto Tax Fund.
