The City of Burlington is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced hazardous materials/engineering consulting firms to provide all labour, supplies, materials, equipment, and laboratory analysis services necessary to update the City's asbestos records and complete an extensive asbestos audit at 58 City owned buildings built prior to 1995 with an approximated area of ~730,000 sq. ft. The audit will be conducted according to legislation for Asbestos under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 278/05. Work is anticipated to begin by May 1, 2022 and be completed no later than December 20, 2022 Question Deadline: Wed Mar 16, 2022 12:00:00 PM (EDT) The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
