The City of Burlington requires up-to two (2) vendors for the supply of Asphalt materials. The city requires the ability to pickup asphalt materials from two (2) separate locations dependent on operational requirements; 1 location shall be located in the "Rural North" and 1 location shall be located in the "Urban West". See Section 2.0 Supplemental Terms and Conditions, Item 1 for further details. Bidders may bid on one location or the other, or both should they have locations in both areas. The subsequent agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year plus up-to four (4) optional annual renewals thereafter.
