The project consists of the installation of new synthetic turf at the existing Stadium field. Trade package#1- Dismantle/Removal/Disposal: Dismantle, remove and properly dispose of the existing turf of the Stadium Field Trade package#2-Renovation of Field Base/ replace all nailer Bd: Drag/Laser grade, compact and assure planarity acceptable to the Owner's Representative & Turf Contractor Contractor will Drag with box or shingle style apparatus or Laser grade (if required) the aggregate base and roll the surface for compaction and planarity after the removal of the synthetic turf. The intent is to recreate the existing grade and planarity while maintaining a smooth uniform surface. The base is built with larger and smaller aggregate similar to current design. Acceptance of the final surface will be determined by the Owner's Representative. If additional aggregate base (washed #57 or #89 stone) is required, the Owner will provide the materials delivered to the site. Contractor is to coordinate with Owner's Representative, and shall be responsible for placement, grading, and compaction of Owner provided materials. The nailer board shall be replaced with synthetic material equal to Rhino Board products Trade package#3-Synthetic Turf: Manufacture, deliver, and install synthetic turf as specified for the Stadium Field Lake Hamilton School District encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all bids. Work shall begin after 5/25/22; Final Completion date of the Stadium Field is prior to 7/15/22.
