Site work for a water / sewer project in Pearcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for General Contract work for sewer improvements, specifically the sewer connection to CHS at Lake Hamilton School District, Pearcy, Arkansas. Bidders may examine contract documents at designated locations and may secure copies from the Architect's office for a refundable deposit, provided documents are returned in good condition within five days after bidding. Subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase additional sets for a nonrefundable fee. All bidders must hold a valid license in the State of Arkansas as per state legislation. Bids must be submitted with a bond or cashier's check amounting to five percent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The right is reserved to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bids cannot be withdrawn for thirty days following the bid opening unless written consent is granted by the owner.
