A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (minimum $100 and maximum $5,000) is assessed by PennBid only to bidders who are awarded contracts. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the maximum amount bid is required to be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit within the time limit specified in the Contract Documents, the Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount of 100% of the contract amount.
