A bid bond or Certified Treasurer or Cashier check in the amount equal to a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid proposal. All bids will be awarded at the Regular Meeting of the Franconia Township Board of Supervisors, which begins at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the Municipal Building located at 671 Allentown Road, Telford, Pennsylvania 18969. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality or irregularities in the bidding when in the opinion of the Township such rejections or waivers shall be in the best interest of the Township.
