WORK IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: NOVEMBER 15, 2023 This project is a pavement preservation rut fill on MT 13 (P-32) from RP 25.0 to RP 39.10. As the project is notmajor in scope ofwork, a Pre-bid Conference is waived for the project. A preconstruction conference will be held before commencement ofwork on the project. The Tribes will be invited to attend and participate in the preconstruction conference. For purposes ofthis PSA, the entire project is located within the reservation boundaries. Immediately following the preconstruction conference the contractor will be required to meet with the Fort Peck Tribe TERO to discuss cultural awareness issues and other issues related to working within the boundaries ofthe Reservation. This conference will include the following contractor representatives: management, project superintendent/foremen, and other key personnel. Principal MDT project personnel will also attend. Any additional work performed under this provision shall be the same type of work for which the contract was awarded and will only apply if the Contractor is set-up and operational at a designated stockpile location. Subsequently, no additional compensation for the bid item "mobilization" will be allowed. The additional work provision will not apply if the Contractor has to be mobilized to a new designated stockpile location.
