The City of Scobey has several upgrades and renovations to be made to City Hall. Proposals will be accepted by the City Clerk until 12.00 noon on Friday February 10, 2023. Southland at 406.487.5581. Project Description The City of Scobey has several upgrades and renovations to be made to City Hall in order to utilize space and increase safety of staff and citizens. There are three proposed projects. These projects could be separated and/or completed in phases if needed: 1. Remove and replace shop door with a fire rated door, Remodel Two Restrooms - includes but not limited to: o Remove existing restroom doors and replace with new doors o Remove stalls and fixtures o Replace fixtures to improve handicap accessibility o Update finishes and flooring 4. Replace boulevard and entry sidewalks The project completion deadline is June 16, 2023. Only proposals that can accommodate that deadline will be considered. The Contractor may be paid 25% of the agreed price upon execution of a contract for work to begin and the remaining 75% upon completion of the project. Completed project must be approved by Mayor Morgan Lekvold and PWD Steve Berreth. Insurance required - Must provide proof of liability, property damage and workmen's compensation. The City of Scobey reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or to reject any and all proposals and to accept the one that in the judgment of the Council is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
