As of October 31, 2022, construction is underway. 2021 Capital Improvement Project (Phase II) for: o Main School Building (SED #47-08-01-04-0-001-027) o Bus Garage (SED #47-08-01-04-5-011-006) o Library (SED #47-08-01-04-8-008-002) o Storage Barn (SED #47-08-01-04-2-005-001) Upon returning sets promptly and in re-usable condition to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. within 30-days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder will be refunded his or her deposit in full. 2. All other persons receiving any or all the Contract Documents, including Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, will be refunded their deposit in full. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $50 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects and Schoolhouse Construction Services. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
