2025 Capital Improvement Project for Laurens Central Schools involves work at the Main Building (SED #47-08-01-04-0-001-032), Bus Garage (SED#47-08-01-04-5-011-007), Storage Building (SED#47-08-01-04-2-005-002), and Ambrose V. Powell Memorial Library (SED#47-08-01-04-6-008-001). Bidders must refer to the contract documents for bid submission procedures and requirements, including those under the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i. Contract Documents may be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc. for a deposit or fee, with a maximum of two sets issued to prospective bidders and one set to subcontractors and material suppliers. Documents can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the deposit, provided they are in reusable condition. All contract documents not returned within 30 days will forfeit the deposit. Addenda will be issued to plan holders of record. Bid security must be included with the bid in the amount and form specified in the contract documents. Bids may be withdrawn only under the conditions outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The project must be completed by the dates specified in Section 011100, "Summary of Work." Bidders may arrange site visits with sufficient notice to the Laurens Central School District. Requests for interpretation or clarification of documents must be made in writing to the parties listed. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. Estimated Range $2.1M to $2.2M *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
