The project is for the 2025 Capital Improvement Project - PLUMBING CONTRACT for Laurens Central Schools, which includes the Main Building, Bus Garage, Storage Building, and Ambrose V. Powell Memorial Library. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and in accordance with procedures outlined in the contract documents and referenced laws. Contract Documents may be obtained electronically or in paper format for the specified fees and upon the required deposits. Addenda will be issued as needed, and it is the bidder's responsibility to ensure receipt and acknowledgment of all addenda. Bidders are required to deposit bid security with their bids and must adhere to conditions for withdrawal as outlined in the instructions. Completion time for the work is specified in "Section 011100 entitled 'Summary of Work.'" There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled for bidder questions, and site inspection can be arranged with advance notice. Requests for information must be made in writing. The owner reserves the right to waive informality or to reject any or all bids.
