Generator Repair/Replacement - Holyoke Soldiers' Home, Holyoke, MA. This project consists of the repair and replacement of the emergency generator system, including new pad-mounted generator and associated sitework; demolition/removal of existing generator and fuel from existing stand-alone generator building; architectural, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical modifications to existing building and switchgear room; new transfer switch room; coordination with owner/user group with regard to owner-provided and installed temporary generator. The Category of Work is Electrical. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for no less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable.
