Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a road / highway.
**As of May 17, 2022, project was awarded to Rousseau Brothers Inc., awarded amount is $31,985.79.** Replacement of Manhole #707 - located near 300 Hampden St in Holyoke, MA. Cut, remove, replace the roof with a precast top and restore the road. The circuits will remain energized while the repairs take place. HG&E personnel will cover the cables with insulated blankets and lower the conductors as needed HG&E requires that the successful bidder has at least 10 year experience performing this type of work while the conductors are energized up to 15kV. The work must be completed within three weeks of the start date. The start date must be no later than two weeks after the award date due to the roof condition. Prevailing Wage Rates apply to the work. OSHA 10 course is required. A 50% Payment Bond will be required if the selected quote is more than $25,000.
