Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work to be performed shall include: Replacement of equip-ment. at five existing wastewa-ter pumping stations, referred to as Wastewater Lift. Stations 5, 6, 8, 11, and 15. This includes, but is not limited to: Removal of and replacement of pumping equip-ment, piping, and appurtenances within existing wetwells and valve vaults; installation and operation of temporary bypass pumping sta-tions; site work including yard pip-ing:, fencing, concrete, and HM.A paving; modification of electrical power and control systems in out-door enclosures; removal of and replacement of emergency power generator systems and connection. to existing power systems; HMA restoration for trenches and exca-vations; HMA overlay; landscape restoration; and other work nec-essary to complete the Project. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $3315,500 to $3,839,000. All bid. proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five per-cent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alter-nates.
