**As of August 22,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The anticipated start date of the contract is 9/16/22. The anticipated starts of site enabling work is around April 2023 and building construction is around September 2023.** UMBA is seeking CMR Qualifications for the Manning College of Information & Computer Sciences (CICS) Addition at UMass Amherst. Scope includes a 130,000gsf Addition with aggressive sustainability & campus carbon neutrality goals. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Estimated Cost $94,000,000 The Project will have the following participation goals for minority business enterprises (MBE) and women business enterprises (WBE) and for workforce utilization: Construction MBE firm participation goal 4.2% Construction WBE firm participation goal 8.8% Construction workforce: Minorities: 15.3%; Women: 6.9% Deadline for Submission of Questions By 12:00pm on July 1, 2022 Answers to Questions posted on website of Authority 5:00pm on July 8, 2022 Determination of pre-qualified firms Late July 202 Issuance of Request for Proposals to pre-qualified firms Late July 202 Shortlist Confirmed.
