Fire Protection; Plumbing; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Electrical UMBA is seeking Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications for the Computer Sciences Laboratories on the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus. Scope includes a new underground electrical duct bank, relocate existing underground chilled water lines, domestic water line, fire protection lines, and piping entrances into an existing building. This scope of work is part of an early enabling package for a new, 93,000 gsf academic building that will be constructed at the north end of campus. RFQ Questions: February 1, 2023 at Noon All questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted to Craig DiCarlo at craig.dicarlo@collierseng.com . Questions shall be submitted by email only. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
