The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, and to waive minor informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law. Questions shall be directed to Holly Bowser, bowserh@amherstma.gov The selection of two (2) to three (3) engineering and land surveying companies that are licensed to provide land surveying services, within the meaning of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations Title 250 (CMR250), to provide professional surveying services for roadway and utility projects within the jurisdiction of the Town of Amherst. A minimum of one company chosen must poses Certification by Mass DOT to provide survey work in accordance with Mass DOT requirements. It is expected that the town will award a master services agreement with a duration of three (3) years to the selected companies and that there will be multiple task orders written to cover the various projects and possibly phases of a project. The fee for surveying services will be a lump sum fee that will be negotiated for each task order. As part of their proposals, vendors shall submit a fee schedule.
