As of August 23, 2023, an architect has been selected for the project. Early construction bid packages are estimated to be released in March/April of 2024 and main bid packages are estimated to be released in July of 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: UMBA is seeking Owner Project Manager (OPM) Services for the Totman, School of Public Health & Health Sciences (SPHHS) project on the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus. This renovation/addition at Totman Gymnasium will look to develop a Student Success Hub inclusive of offices, flexible team-based learning, research space, & conferencing facilities that may re-use the former pool area in the building. Time Period for Completed Project June 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
