Renovation of a municipal facility in Delta, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Board of County Commissioners of Delta County, Colorado is soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and design work required to upgrade and install the electronic access control system hardware and software in Delta County government buildings discussed in Section 6.0, Project Summary, and Section 6.1 Project Specifications. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective contractors (hereinafter referred to as a "Contractor" or "Respondent") for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as "County"). Bidders may obtain bidding documents through this website (see link(s) at the bottom of this page). Prospective vendors must complete a site visit and walk through with IT and Emergency Management staff at the County Campus buildings in Delta to visualize the existing location of all readers, and control panels. Photos of the single reader and controller at the North Fork Annex in Hotchkiss can be provided. The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
