All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Gering, Nebraska (d) Offeror shall indicate on its quote if they are quoting the brand name and part number as specified on each Line item or if they are quoting/proposing an equal. On Line Items 10, 11 and 12, where the Government has listed two different brand name/part numbers, Offeror shall indicate which brand name/part number they are quoting; (e) If offeror is proposing an equal, offeror shall provide the brand name, part number and all information as required by 52.211-6 (including spec sheets/cut sheets/etc.); (f) Offeror shall provide their DUNS number on their quote; (g) Offeror shall indicate provide country of manufacture of all items quoted; and (h) Offeror shall provide estimated delivery date ARO for each item. If Offeror does not include any of the information indicated above then its quote may be considered non compliant and not considered for award. This representation shall be completed if the Offeror received $7.5 million or more in contract awards in the prior Federal fiscal year.
