The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting bids from qualified licensed contractors to perform elevator maintenance, monthly inspections, preventative maintenance, yearly safety tests, and repairs for the City's elevators. All questions pertaining to the terms and conditions or scope of work of this Request for Bid ( RFB) must be sent in writing ( e- mail is acceptable) to the City Procurement Manager and shall be received no later than 4: oo PM EST on 3/ 8/ 2022. The work will be completed and ready for final inspection within three ( 3) years from contract execution. With the option to renew for three ( 3) additional 1 -year periods. The City of St. Pete Beach reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids or accept any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interests to the City of St. Pete Beach. The City shall be the sole final judge of qualifications of the bidder to perform service and reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any bids as it deems to be in the best interests of the City. The City may waive any informality.
