The City of St. Pete Beach intends to contract the services of an experienced qualified contractor to perform roadway and hardscape improvements. Full bid requirements, project plans, and technical specs. Deadline for Submission of Questions 2/28/2024 10:00 AM The project includes the construction of St. Pete Beach Gulf Winds Drive Roadway Improvement Project, including roadway and streetscape improvements from Gulf Boulevard Avenue to 73rd Avenue. The limits of construction span the right-of-way limits on Gulf Winds Drive. The scope of work includes replacing curbing along both sides of the road, the reduction of travel lane widths, the installation of sidewalks, bike lanes, and landscaping, and utility infrastructure replacements at various locations throughout the corridor. All specifications are outlined in "Tech Specs". COMPLETION OF WORK The work will be completed and ready for final inspection within eighteen months (18) from contract execution. The Contract will be for two (2) years.
