Renovation of a residential development in Versailles, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of Versailles is requesting proposals from interested firms to provide architectural/engineering services for modernization programs funded by the Capital Fund Program CFP KY049-501-21 from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The construction budget amount for one (1) year is presently budgeted at $341,445. Proposing firrms are to base their proposals on an amount of $341,445. The amount given is only an estimate and the actual contract amount for Year two (2) may be negotiated to reflect construction budget amount with options to extend the contract through FY 2022 and FY 2023. However, the HA also reserves the right to entirely reject and re-solicit proposals for Year two (2), if the actual funding amount varies substantially from the construction budget amount of $341,445, or if the A/E's performance in Year 2021 is not to the satisfaction of the PHA. Proposing firms should submit and prepare their proposals accordingly. Architects will be required to be registered for practice (licensed) in the State of Kentucky, carry Professional Liability Insurance and certify that you are not debarred, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from professional practice by any Federal or State agency Please respond by letter of interest by March 4, 2022. At that time, you will be sent a packet of documents which you will need to submit your proposal The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined
