As of March 29, 2022. The project has been awarded to Underground Utilities Inc. amounting $1,068,682.85. The Contractor and all of his subcontractors shall be required to pay a rate or rates of wages which shall not be less than those currently determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for Marion, Ohio, and shall further comply with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. All Contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and the Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
