For the Alder Grove and Marina Vista Communities, Sacramento, CA 95818. Solicit for firm to perform tree maintenance (trimming, removal, etc.) from the recommendations and tree survey. This is a Public Works project. Per California State Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and its constituent entities reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding.
