PN- 218135 The Gladbrook School is seeking bids from demolition contractors to coordinate the following items: Demolition includes removal of the structure from the site, miscellaneous debris associated with the structure and all foundations and slabs. The property is to be partially filled and graded to a smooth draining condition and seeded. Enclosure for the site with 4' tall snow fencing. Demolition contractor is to coordinate work with the other contractors that are relocating utilities prior to starting demolition. Demolition contractor to assist city staff with water capping with excavation equipment and plumbing alterations. Other contractors are responsible for gas and power disconnections. Other contractors have completed and are responsible for all asbestos removal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids.
