* This competition has been cancelled. This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by KGS Group as Owner's Engineer on behalf of the Water Security Agency ("WSA") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for WSA-2022OE-0001 - Supply of Smooth Wall Steel Pipe (SWSP) Culverts for Dellwood Brook Dam, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). As part of this RFQ the successful respondent will supply SWSP culverts and provide optional pricing to deliver, offload, and stockpile smooth wall steel pipe culvert materials at Dellwood Brook Reservoir, approximately 14 kilometers northeast of Watrous, SK and/or store temporarily at the Supplier's facility for a period up to 6 months. Additional Information: WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province's water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels.
