Site work for a mixed-use development in Ocean Shores, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The scope of work being considered is: 1. Removal of trees and brush obstructing the runway airspace 2. Replanting and restoration of obstruction removal areas This contract will be funded, in part, by grant no. 3-53-0099-013-2021 from the Federal Aviation Administration. As such, it will be subject to federal requirements. These include, but are not limited to: 1) Buy American Preference 2) Foreign Trade Restriction 3) Davis Bacon 4) Affirmative Action 5) Government-wide Debarment and Suspension 6) Government-wide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace Proposals must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft or a bid bond or bonds in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the required contract. We are estimating a construction cost on this project in the ballpark of $500k to $600k. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
